
Fajitas ‘They ain’t the sizzlin’ kind; they’re done Sam’s way’… We season our meats in a special marinade with Lime Juice and Cilantro, “Flame-grilled”, then sliced thin and served with warm Flour tortillas, fresh Pico de Gallo, Jack & Cheddar cheeses, shredded Lettuce, Black Olives, Spanish rice and sour cream.
